Privacy policy

This website belongs to Lokesh Jangra, a freelance web developer and growth partner. This page explains what happens to the details you share here.

What I collect

Only what you choose to send: your name, email address, website and message when you use the contact form, plus the details you enter if you book a call through the booking tool.

When you send the contact form I also store the date and time you sent it and a record that you ticked the consent box, with the version of the notice you agreed to. If you allow optional cookies, analytics and advertising tools collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your device, your browser type and an approximate location based on your IP address.

How I use it

To reply to you, prepare for a call and, if we work together, to manage that project. I don't sell your details or add you to marketing lists.

Each piece of data has one purpose. Contact form details are used to reply to your enquiry. Analytics cookies, if you allow them, show which pages are useful so I can improve the site. Marketing cookies, if you allow them, measure whether my ads lead to enquiries. I rely on your consent for all of these. You can withdraw it at any time.

Tools I use

The contact form, booking calendar and any analytics on this site are run by third-party services. They process data under their own privacy policies.

The site and the contact form database are hosted on Cloudflare. If you use the booking calendar, that booking tool processes the details you enter. When you allow optional cookies, Google, Microsoft and Meta receive the data described above. Some of these providers may process data outside India.

Cookies

Necessary storage keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice. Everything else is off until you allow it in the cookie banner. Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Marketing: Google Ads and Meta Pixel. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing stops these tools straight away.

How long I keep it

As long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the project and any records I'm required to keep. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

If we don't go on to work together, I delete contact form messages within 12 months of our last conversation. Analytics data is kept for the shortest period each tool allows, up to 14 months.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you've shared. Get in touch through the contact page.

You can also withdraw your consent, ask me to stop using your details, or name someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. Email hello@lokeshjangra.com and I will reply within 30 days.

Questions and complaints

For any question or complaint about your personal data, email hello@lokeshjangra.com. If you are not satisfied with my reply, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
